So as I type this I’m in Taipei at a cafe called Pythonism where they drop off casual reptile drinking buddies with you.

As far as gimmicks go this is top notch.  They speak English and can inform you on all the potential reptiles.  Also there’s beer.

There’s a 1 drink minimum but it’s otherwise free and there’s also board games which would be a strange dynamic.

There’s also a large turtle just wandering around…

Anyway this is a great spot to hang in Taipei and I recommend it absolutely. My personal favorite is the bearded dragon.
